5. Are taxes and duties included?
For United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union orders, all taxes and duties are included in the final price — no hidden fees.

For other international destinations, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • US & Canada (Standard): 7–15 business days

  • US Express: 3–5 business days

  • UK & EU: 7–14 business days

  • Worldwide: 15–25 days (orders usually arrive sooner)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.

7. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM PST. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

8. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS ISSUES

9. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

10. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order for exchange or store credit, provided the item meets our return conditions.

12. Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and sale reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
