RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (GENERAL POLICY)

At ArkawStreets, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided all conditions outlined below are met.

Depending on your location, returns may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Have all original tags and labels attached

  • Be returned in original packaging, where applicable (e.g., shoeboxes, protective cases, sleeves)

  • Be in resellable condition, free from damage, wear, odors, or alterations

  • Include proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, or sale reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law:

  • Face masks

  • Intimate apparel (including underwear and bodysuits)

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • Gift cards

  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale

These exclusions apply regardless of condition, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

NO RESTOCKING FEES

ArkawStreets does not charge restocking fees on returned items.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges or store credit are available for eligible change-of-mind returns.

  • Store credit is issued in the form specified by ArkawStreets and may be subject to usage or expiration terms displayed at issuance.

FOOTWEAR RETURNS

  • Footwear must be returned with the original, undamaged shoebox.

  • For online returns, the shoebox must be placed inside an outer shipping box or satchel.

  • Shoeboxes must not be taped, labeled, written on, or used directly as the shipping container.

Returns that do not comply may be rejected.

FREE GIFTS INCLUDED WITH ORDERS

  • If your order included a free promotional gift and you request a refund, the free gift must also be returned.

  • If you request an exchange or store credit, you may keep the free gift unless otherwise stated.

DEFINITION OF “CHANGE OF MIND”

A change-of-mind return refers to any return where the item is not faulty or incorrect, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Style no longer wanted

  • Preference change after purchase

EUROPEAN UNION & UNITED KINGDOM – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws.

Conditions:

  • You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in accordance with the return eligibility conditions listed above.

Refunds under the Right of Withdrawal:

  • You are entitled to a refund of the product price and the original standard shipping cost (where the entire order is returned), as required by law.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, or where otherwise required by law.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply (such as EU/UK full-order withdrawals).

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • ArkawStreets reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider and inspection time.
